Did you know you could make creamy homemade Mango Graham Float in just a minutes?
Mango Graham Float is a popular dessert in the Philippines. It is a big hit during the holiday seasons or any special occasions. It is the easiest, no- bake dessert we could ever make. It only needs four affordable ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 pack Graham crackers
All- purpose cream
1 can sweetend condensed milk
1 or 2 Mangoes it depends on the sizes
Procedure
1. Chill the all- purpose cream in the freezer for 20-30 minutes or in the fridge overnight.
2. In a bowl slowly put the all-purpose cream with the sweetend condensed milk untill well mixed.
3. In a rectangular or square glass dish with a layer graham crackers then pour and spread 1/4 of the cream mixture on top of the crackers and then top with mango slices.
4. Repeat this process until 3 to 4 layers are formed, ending with the cream and mango cubes on top. (It depends on us if how many layers we want to form.)
5. , If you have some graham crackers left, crushed it finely and dust it on top before adding the final mango cubes.

I really loved making this dessert. In our place Barangay Pualas, Province of Bukidnon we can taste the sweetest mango. There is also a zone that is called Zone 2 Mangga. They are popular with this line, if we asked them this question "Taga Asa ka? " Residents from this zone answered "TAGA MANGGA" , We can taste the "Matam-is ug hamis nga mangga sa purok dos" Our farm is located in this zone that is why we also have the sweetest mango that is one of the ingredient for making this Mango Graham Float. It is my favorite dessert since I was young. My Auntie introduced this food to me and I loved it very much. I loved eating desserts and that is why I also enjoyed making it. It is my stress reliever food, it is creamy, sweet and nutritious .
