Crema de Fruta

Did you know you could make Crema de Fruta in just a minutes?

Creama de Fruta is a traditional Filipino fruitcake . It is also big hit during the holiday seasons or any special occasions. It is the easiest, no- bake dessert we could ever make. It only needs four affordable ingredients. Creama de fruta is just like making a Mango Graham Float but this time fruits is our main ingredient.

Ingredients:

1 pack Graham crackers

All- purpose cream

1 can sweetend condensed milk

1/2 can of todays fruit cocktail

Procedure

1. Chill the all- purpose cream in the freezer for 20-30 minutes or in the fridge overnight.

2. In a bowl slowly put the all-purpose cream with the sweetend condensed milk untill well mixed.

3. In a rectangular or square glass dish with a layer graham crackers then pour and spread 1/4 of the cream mixture on top of the crackers and then top with mango slices.

4. Repeat this process until 3 to 4 layers are formed, ending with the cream and fruits on top. (It depends on us if how many layers we want to form.)

5. If you have some graham crackers left, crushed it finely and dust it on top before adding the final fruits on it.

My own version :

Crema de fruta is just like Mango graham float. Fruits is the alternative for mangoes, if the kilo of mangoes is expensive then you can used the todays fruit cocktail because it is cheaper. I explore this kind of dessert because their is no Mangoes available in our mango trees, then the time that I was searching for the alternative for mangoes then I found out that the creama de fruta is really existing in the YouTube. According to lifegetsbetter. ph. This delicious Crema de Fruta dessert recipe is a source of calcium that is needed for strong bones and teeth, and of protein which is essential for the growth and repair of body tissues.
